I love this boutique, beautiful high quality clothes at a reasonable price and the staff are all fantastic.

I bought my bridal gown at Luv Bridal and I’d definitely recommend them. Unlike many other bridal shops Luv Bridal allow you to take photos and videos when wearing your gown, to ensure it photographs well ✨ Furthermore, the sales staff were lovely! They did not rush me at all and were hospitable enough to ask whether my mum and I would like a drink etc. The gown itself was exquisite and unique ❤️

Why would you go anywhere else ! -- today i send about 20 minutes being fitted for a suit , i met the owners Jock and Janet who are awesome. Janet is Friendly and professional with a keen eye for detail. it is such a lovely welcoming and friendly atmosphere i felt like staying longer . okay so the suit looks fantastic , the price is equally fantastic and now i look (and feel) awesome. these guys are a well established local business who are people focused . Thankyou Janet you are AWESOME

My mother was suggested to use adore to have her wedding dress altered by the shop she purchased her dress from. I’m very sad to say her alterations were not done properly at all, she requested to have her dress altered to her height with her bridal shoes on and although they took some length off it was still long and caused her to be tripping on it all day/night including when she was walking towards her awaiting husband to be down the aisle! On top of that her bust part of her dress was supposed to be altered as it was quite a lot to big for her bust size and it wasn’t altered to fit her at all her dress rode up and she had issues with her cups exposing her breast, which is not something you should be concerned about during your wedding. Also her dress was supposed to be bustled and the bustle was done so poorly it actually broke and she ended up having to take her dress off and change into something else midway through her reception as she was worried about more damage being done as she couldn’t walk or dance properly in the dress due to the poor alterations. I wouldn’t recommend using this alteration service the price she paid was not worth the fact that this was done to her.

Halo events recently coordinated a baby shower afternoon event at my mums house and we were absolutely blown away by the results. We provided a brief of some of the things we liked and they made the vision come to life. The ladies are super responsive, creative and absolutely a pleasure to deal not only leading up to the event but also on the day of the event - their efforts meant myself and my family could enjoy the day stress free! The suppliers they arranged were absolutely first class. Bec and Yolanda what you both delivered exceeded our expectations and my mum and I can’t thank you enough. I would absolutely recommend Halo events to anyone in need of event planning services and I know we will be using them again in the future! Thanks again ladies xxxx

I visited today, and I must say I am impressed with their customer service and humbleness. Amazing owner and staff very very helpful. They earned their customer who lives opposite(Butler ). Highly recommended. Amazing collection and an amazing store with amazing people.

Kate, Erin and the Ilka team did an amazing job with both our wedding dresses!One dress was a very large ballgown dress which caused some raised eyebrows at other bridal alterations places we met with first! However, when we met with Kate, she gave us complete confidence in her ability to a) work with a dress of that size and b) maintain the integrity of the dress when resizing the heavily and intricately beaded bodice. Before meeting with Ilka we had been told that large portions of the beading would have to be cut away in order to achieve the right fit, but at Ilka they managed to find a solution that retained the majority of the bodice and achieved a perfect fit!The second dress we wanted to add a layer of glitter tulle to the skirt which they did beautifully. They also spent a lot of time ensuring all the layers of the skirt were hemmed perfectly.They are LGBTQ friendly and were excited and supportive of our upcoming wedding.Could not recommend them highly enough!
